LCD TV's are better than CRT TV's. There is a common saying going on in public, which is exactly this, LCD being better than CRT. However, no one actually knows how better they are, and in what way. Why would people believe everyrthing they hear? I am not going to say CRT are actually better but people think of LCD to be some uber super technology which is a thousand times better than CRT.

In spite of this, it is a common disagreement between scientists and electric engineers, that LCD is that much better than typical CRT TV's and what they oppose is the prices of LCD televisions being so high, compared to CRT ones. Taking it from this point, one should read the following in order to learn if it is actually worth what they are paying for, or not, to buy a LCD television for home, for work or even maybe for car.

First of all, it is true, what everyone of course have noticed, LCD televisions have the advantage of being much thinner, therefore, easier to place anywhere.
